So far my entrepreneurial mindset has led me on a journey with two start-ups in IT consulting, as well as numerous industrial management projects in business intelligence and supply chain optimization. In achieving my goals, three critical skills stand out: The first is analytical skills that I use for generating analytics for industrial applications, as well as realizing investment opportunities and market trends. I feel especially confident combining these skills with my solid understanding of renewable energy engineering and energy transition. The second one is stakeholder management and presentations skills that are required in almost any activity; either you are finding out ways to exceed customer expectations, or you are presenting your results to stakeholders. The third is a strong drive for continuous improvement. This includes learning new skills and acquiring new knowledge, but also improving processes based on validated findings.
