I am having 30+ years experience in Piping Design (includes 1+ yrs in Digital Automation group) in all kind of piping activities like Equipment Layout, Piping Layout, Pipe Supports, managing bulk/final valve & fitting MTO worked in oil & gas, Soda ash plants, chemicals, ethanol and food projects using software's like Auto-cad-2D, Auto-Cad-3D, Micro-station, PDS, Navis...etc. Also completed OptiPlant training (Aspentech) for piping auto routing, structural rack / rack volume modeling and various extraction facility including MTO. Also working digital automation team (since Jan 2021) for automation in Engineering Design activities in Piping, Process & Instrumentation. Also involved in Testing of engineering programs developed by Digital automation team and coordination with Project team for same. Automation programs are prepared with digital group in autolisp & VBA for Valve & Fitting MTO, Rack-cross section, Interconnecting diagram through excel, Fast Isometrics drafting and many more which saves lot of hours with high accuracy. Sites & Countries visited 1. Deputed at site of Delta-T Ethanol project (Fuel Grade) in Nebraska , U.S.A. Involved in piping modifications as per process requirement and vendor items, support modifications. Coordination with client and Piping/Equipment erection contractor. 2. Site visit to Thailand (Minburi) for measurement for Layout preparation 3. Jacobs- Singapore office to carry out design activities. 4. As & when required, visited site at HPCL, DHT project, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India 5. Site Visits to Nirma site , Bhavnagar Gujrat, India for Tie-in points identification
