I’m a Senior Manager (Video Production) with 15+ years of experience in Television & Radio Production. In previous years I have worked with giants of the industry like..The Walt Disney,Dainik Bhaskar Group, UTV, ZEE TV, BAG Films, Balaji Telefilms,ETV and many good productions houses.. Currently I’m Heading TV & Digital Video Production Dept at Khana Khazana India Pvt Ltd A creative head focused on the quality of the on air content, TV Shows, Client Videos & Digital Content. I am also responsible for identification and recruitment of Creatives, Camera Operators, Editors, Production Guys for the Production House. My Profile also includes Judging and rewarding inhouse talents through internal processes.. & nurture internal talents through Training and different activities.. Before joining Khana Khazana India Pvt Ltd, I worked for Dainik Bhaskar Group for their FM Channel 94.3 MyFM as National Creative Head.. Before that also worked on many independent freelance projects and was lucky enough to work with amazing production houses like Sol Production, White frog productions and Montage Media Productions.. I was Part of a launching team for The Walt Disney-UTV Stars.. Handling overall production of 4 feature shows and also worked as an inhouse director for all the shoot for the channel.. Fortunately I had worked with an amazing channel Zee Tv for their biggest reality show saregamapa and Lil champs (all seasons) for over a period of 4 years.. Also worked in companies like UTV toons and BAG films, Balaji Telefilms, ETV Etc I’m truly passionate about my work and always eager to connect with other Media professionals.. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, I think my favorite stage of a project is working with creative people developing something great to entertain our audience.. I have an Masters Degree in Electronic Media and Bachelor Degree in Commerce and Computers App from Devi Ahilya University Indore
