I specialise in: Debt capital markets including MTN, plain vanilla, high yield and asset backed debt issuances on multiple international markets. I also provide security trustee services in relation to secured debt issuances and assist issuers with the structuring of debt products internationally. I am a registered Listing Agent for the Irish Stock Exchange. Equity capital markets (both domestic and international markets) including IPO's, ICO's, secondary placings, general fundraising and day to day advice on all UK markets.
