Nimisha Menon

I am a practicing lawyer in the Delhi High Court and Delhi District Courts and is at present working as a Program Officer at iProbono, New Delhi. I specialize in the field of anti trafficking and child protection laws including working with survivors of child labour, bonded labour, sex trafficking and child victims of sexual abuse and children in conflict with the law since 2019. My responsibilities include but are not restricted to providing quality legal representation to these victims while also investigating cases by searching for evidences and to have a coherent understanding of local and international human rights provisions as stipulated by constitutions and by laws of the State and India. Prior to working in the human rights law sector, I have had a history of working in the legal services industry while working on commercial and civil law cases.
