Nina Blackie

I am a Chartered Surveyor and Investment Asset Manager for LSHIM, providing strategic property advice for full spectrum commercial property portfolios. Previously in the Corporate Advisory Service Team of Lambert Smith Hampton, London where I assisted on multiple portfolio real estate advisory contracts for Corporate Sector clients, including portfolio management and ad hoc advice for property requirements. Before this I was in the Real Estate Advisory Team, where I supported with the management of the Essex County Council portfolio, comprising over 1,500 assets, valued in excess of £1.4 billion at the time, and made up of both operational and commercial property and land across Essex. My role entailed a range of real estate advisory consultancy activities for the Public Sector client. I completed my part-time degree (BSc Hons in Real Estate Management) June 2016, which I did alongside two consecutive property roles, including client side real estate advisory for a Local Authority. I am very proud to have received First Class Honours as well as being awarded The Elwell Taylor Cup for my academic performance.
