Most would describe me as outgoing, easy to work with and a people person. Those things are all true. However my real strengths lie in my ability to see patterns as analyze information and feedback. I like to dig deep into the process and the systems that define how much and how well work gets done. My core competencies are ideation, strategic thinking, Identifying patterns and connections, problem solving and empathy. I am both creative and organized. I am a good listener and an excellent negotiator. Establishing meaningful relationships and knowing that I can add service and value is what genuinely enjoy. My job history isn't as much about following a established path as it has been about finding opportunities to engage deeply and affect positive progressive change. I am a self-starter and a leader who believes in empowering employees to identify their strengths and those of others to work as a team to be better and do better. Identifying internal pain points and individual strength/weakness is key to creating systems that work better for those using them. Sometimes we can't change the system, but we can change how we use it and implement it to mitigate the negative effects on workers. It's key to creating a positive environment where employees care for themselves, each other and their customers. Employees stay where they know they matter.
