I have over 15 years experience working with a wide range of HR issues such as recruitment, talent management, employer branding, leadership development, negotiations, union relations, wage policies, rehabilitation etc. I have both developed and implemented different tools and processes. In addition to traditional HR work, I also have experience in payroll administration, project management and environmental efforts. Belonging to a large global group have learned me the need to sometimes adapt local needs to follow a decision taken somewhere else.
