Nina Topiwala

I have worked in the Financial Services and RegTech industry for more than 20 years and started off my career in IT. This experience has enabled me to thrive in the Compliance Industry where I have used my knowledge of Information Systems to implement key compliance systems in all of the firms I have worked in. My compliance experience is rich and spans the breadth of the FCA Handbook from dealing with Investment Banks, Consumer Credit Firms, Fund Managers and Private Wealth Firms. I have strong leadership skills and have lead teams for the past 11 years of my career. My current role as a Consultant has enabled me to draw on all of my experiences from the past 20 years and provide a first class service to my client base. I have excellent knowledge of the Senior Managers Regime and have worked with numerous clients on implementing the process within their firms. I have been involved in Agile project work building compliance modules as a Project Lead.
