Nisa Vinandar

I am a Senior Associate in the Construction team at Dentons' Sydney office with 4 PQE (Australian) experience in the legal industry. I specialise in non-contentious (transactional) projects, infrastructure and construction law. I have significant experience in preparing, reviewing, negotiating and advising on complex projects and construction-related legal documents. I completed a Bachelor of Media (PR and Advertising) and Bachelor of Law at the University of New South Wales in 2017, with an exchange semester undertaking a Master of Law (International and European Law) at the University of Amsterdam. I am currently completing a Master of Law (Intellectual Property, Technology and Media) at the University of New South Wales. While construction and projects are my main areas of interest and passion, and I intend to practice in this space throughout my career, I have always had an interest in, and curiosity about, other areas of law and in particular, intellectual property, technology and media law (in Australia and other jurisdictions such as EU, UK and US).
