In his current role as a Resiliency & Reliability Architect in SRE field, his roles and responsibilities include:  Responsible for End-End NFR Management including performance, scalability, resiliency and availability  Help Defining NFR, Validating NFR and deriving component level NFR  Create Performance Vulnerability Assessment framework for Risk/mitigation  Design & Architecture Recommendations from NFR perspective  Drive Risk Assessment workshop and define Performance Engineering Strategy  Create performance Engineering Strategy  Review Performance Test Results analysis & bottleneck identification  Provide Performance Solutions to address NFRs  Responsible for Platform performance tuning  Recommend resiliency patterns for self-healing  Create automation strategy and solutioning for hands free performance/resiliency testing, shift left pipeline performance assertion  Enable self-driven RCA dashboards  Responsible to enable performance best practices across the program  Responsible for sign-offs on NFR and traceability  Provide technical leadership, guidelines, templates, checklist etc. As required  Analyze design, capacity, infrastructure & conduct feasibility study  Conduct architecture & design review for the NFRs. Recommend architectural best practices  Conduct proof-of-concepts to identify and improve the overall NFR performance level  Responsible for creating performance health report and status reports on weekly basis
