I am a problem solver, using my youth to tap into innovation and creative strategies. I have always been a performer and believe in exceling at anything I go after. As a leader throughout my life I've learnt the importance of being a Team Player but also being able to take the reigns and lead when needs be. Managers are not always Leaders and Leaders are not always Managers. I support those that lead by example. As a young professional I believe that people are the DNA of any successful brand and I believe in interacting with those people, uplifting them, investing in them, in order to ultimately strengthen your own brand. I am young enough to always respect wisdom but mature enough to stand my ground at the big table.
