Noah Savells

I have worked for the City of Maumelle for some time now. In the summer I work as a lifeguard, after my first summer as a lifeguard, I was promoted to head lifeguard. In that position I was responsible for ensuring people have what they need to perform their job properly, I was also responsible for all of the money we made that day. After two years as a head lifeguard I was promoted to pool manager. Having this role meant I was responsible for everyone and everything at the pool. I handled all all the scheduling for 55 teenagers. While stressful at times it was one of our smoothest years in recent memory. During the Fall - Spring I work as a recreational aid, also for the City of Maumelle. This included making memberships, monitoring our facilities, and answering all the phone calls we received. Having a role of authority has bettered me as a person. I am always prepared to problem solve and help anyone in need.
