Noe Canales

Noe’s goal is to be a successful partner in the pursuit of peak performance and leadership development for individuals and groups through coaching. A results-oriented team builder with excellent interpersonal, analytical, communication, and management skills. Noe is the youngest person to have completed an intensive Post Graduate Executive and Personal Coaching training through the College of Executive Coaching, Pismo Beach, California (an ICF Accredited Organization). Noe is the Founder of SOCCER KIDS NYC a Developmental Skills-Building and Educational Soccer Program for Kids age 2 through 10 in New York City (www.SoccerKidsNYC.com) Noe is a NYS Certified Master Level Early Childhood Special Education Teacher. He is also a licensed soccer coach via USSF. Noe was recently honored as a star under 40 young professional who exemplify outstanding leadership skills in both their chosen fields and in their communities. Previously, Noe coordinated a New York City wide Special Education Itinerant Teacher (SEIT) program via Los Ninos Services (www.losninos.com). Noe has a strong background in customer service and service management. In 2009, Noe served as president of an Outreach Initiative for Los Ninos Services, Inc. New York, NY. This initiative helped accomplish an increase in referrals, posting a 10% increase in overall company revenue during tough economic times. Noe was awarded the Most Valuable Employee, 2009 at Los Ninos Services, Inc. Noe was a vital part of the Stony Brook University Enhancement Department, bringing in thousands in funds for scholarships, university developments, and the creation of new programs. Noe worked on team building and one-on-one leadership development with researchers at the Stony Brook University Marital Clinic, a research entity in relationship psychology. Noe Served as an Advisory Board Member for Morris Heights Health Families. Noe's experience in business and executive planning has been a key part of his early success.
