Extensive education in HSEQ and industry qualifications including internal IMS audit for ISO standards. Delivered industry leading accident and incident performance for projects like the 2012 Olympics, Qatar 2022 World Cup Program. Developed and managed certified HSEQ systems to ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 as well as the development of NISO & ROSPA awarded bespoke management systems. Application of knowledge to create solutions, reducing risk in varied environments & industries. Examples include ‘patented’ device for work in extreme temperatures or tablet based infield HSEQ tools. Developed & managed the COVID-19 process and procedures for the global pandemic, allowing the continued operation of the current Intel projects. Successful delivery of HSEQ for global entertainment & sporting events. Designed, delivered training, skills and induction programs, class-based or online. Crisis management/business continuity planning for facilities, operations and events. Bespoke loss control with Accident & Incident investigation systems, using 5 why’s, SCAT and fault tree analysis systems.
