Straight to the point, I am looking for a LEADERSHIP ROLE. A large percentage of my experience is with Caterpillar engines. I had warranty certifications on many Cummins engines around 2002. Pre-EGR/SCR. Then, trained on Cummins ISB6.7L/ISX15 CM2350 in 2017. Most of the work I did was On-Highway Truck. I have fleet, dealership (heavy truck), field service (truck and industrial engine), aircraft ground support, factory assembly, mom & pop shop, aftermarket shop such as where I am now, and a few were Lead Technician positions. Some required my leadership without it being part of my job description because that is in my core values. With all of these experiences, it has led to a wide variety of experiences with people, parts procurement, and much more. I figure it is very unique. I have always had a different way of solving problems. My co-workers often find it easy to follow me and ask questions without judgement. People working with me often seek my technical expertise when they cannot solve a problem. Working at some of the shops, I have had to work very lean. Often using "Do more, with less" motto. Working field service, and as aircraft ground support technician have led to being more creative on repairs. With some of that said, I believe I can add great value to a business. More than that, I have working knowledge of what many employees feel "in the trenches", parts systems, and some shop management.
