Noemi Puigdellivol Camps

Highly organized and motivated lawyer, with more than ten years of experience, both in the public and the private sector. Currently employed at Fira Internacional de Barcelona, one of the most important European trade fair organizations. I am specialized in corporate, commercial and administrative procedures. My experience extends to the negotiation and draft of commercial contracts, the conduction of public tender procedures, and the legal advice related to corporate transactions, intellectual property and data protection regulations, among others. I am fluent in English, French, Spanish and Catalan, being able to provide legal advice and conduct legal procedures in any of those languages.
