Sr. Document Controller, my responsibility at North Duri Cogeneration - Chevron Geothermal Indonesia as: - User Site Administrator for IBU GPOI FE NDC SharePoint Site for NDC Document, Technical Center, NDC FE Time Site, NDC Project and Initiatives Site, NDC Business Process and Tools, GPO Base Business and other site at SharePoint. - Assist for NDC Operation Excellence Champion Information Management (OE‐IM) for develop NDC standard naming for document and folder, re‐structure and maintenance NDC structure folder at GPOI share folder. - Assist for NDC Operation Excellence Champion Management of Change Facilities (OEMOC‐F) for register MOC number, monitoring and documentation MOC document and upload to SharePoint Site as DMS (Data Management System). - Assist for NDC Operation Excellence Champion Compliance Assurance (OE‐CA) for documentation all NDC certificates, permit, re‐calibration and monitoring NDC certificates status. - Assist for NDC FE‐RITA (Facility Engineer ‐ Reliability and Integrity Team) for documentation for all RITA Project file, Engineering Work Request, One Line Diagram, Three Line Diagram, P and ID and manage all document at NDC Library. - Admin for NDC FE‐RITA Website like is update and upload MOC and EWR Summary, chart and report to ETS Web, upload data to GPOI DocSearch Website for NDC Critical Inventory list and Assist design and maintenance for NDC Digital Library and NDC Control Document website. - Assist for documentation and QA/QC team for NDC maintenance during outage like is Combustion Inspection (CI), Hot Gas Path Inspection (HGPI), Major Overhaul (MO) and other Maintenance Activities
