I have been working for the company for 5 years and have gained a huge amount of experience and knowledge. I have a National Diploma in Information Technology. I have a myriad of experience in providing first line support to end users, offering them with advice on technical matters in particular on Microsoft office products and other productivity suites, troubleshooting according to documented SOPs or alternatively troubleshooting new problems and amending and developing new SOPs, ensuring adherence to the SLAs. My tasks as a Service Desk Controller also include logging calls, creating and resetting usernames and passwords for computer login, email login, and the corporate systems, as well as assigning calls to technicians.
