With 25+ years of Information Technology experience in the fields of Enrollment Management Systems with Predictive Data Modeling, Field Service Management, and Healthcare Systems, Norm brings a wealth of leadership, strategic direction, and management across all aspects of IT, product development, infrastructure, security, operations, and service delivery. His leadership includes Global CIO/CTO &a; COO for Hobsons (a division of the multi-billion dollar UK Daily Mail &a; General Trust PLC), CIO/CTO &a; COO for VCS Consulting and CIO &a; COO for Vertical Solutions. Norm has been instrumental in providing exceptional services that have benefited many sectors of the population; from parents, to students, universities, patients, healthcare professionals, service recipients to associated businesses. Norm’s focus over the last 10+ years has been on SaaS Cloud service development &a; delivery. He leverages an entrepreneurial spirit and unique ability to balance commercial viability with innovative technical solutions.
