Currently spending my time pursuing my volunteer vocation in various roles in UK Scouting. Looking for a role on the World Scout Jamboree in Korea in 2023! I have been in IT project and programme delivery for over 20 years. The projects get bigger and more complex, the teams get larger but the challenge remains the same - deliver a good project and no-one notices, deliver a challenging project with elements of weakness in the project planning and delivery and the receipents are disrupted. I strive to encourage my customers to understand the impact that IT changes will have on their business and to plan for it so that they start to take advantage of the benefits their new infrastucture or IT application has delivered to them as soon as possible.
