I am a Loss Prevention professional with more than 10 years experience in the industry. I am a dedicated professional with strong leadership skills. I believe in developing effective partnerships with my peers and coworkers by utilizing clear and concise communication skills. Overseeing the United States West and East Regions, I have contributed to reducing losses throughout the company. I have personally developed several programs designed to bring increased awareness and training to store personnel. Each workshop focuses on a key area of the business and allows employees to receive additional, focused training in their areas of responsibility. I have also assisted in the creation of additional training programs to focus newly hired or promoted management members on the importance of Loss Prevention, compliance and proper training of newly hired employees. I have a strong operational background and a profound appreciation for all departments of the business.
