Norman Lovemore

Norman is an experienced Construction Executive with strong operational and managerial leadership experience. Norman’s key strength is leading teams of people to perform at their best to deliver outcomes, either for our clients or for the Enterprise Business. He has a strong primary focus on OHS and ensuring that teams are diligent and deliver to their best. He has worked as Bid Director and Project Director on key Rail, Dam and other key infrastructure projects in Australia, UK and Africa. More recently Norman has headed up Precontracts and the winning of work across Business Units and more recently across the Enterprise. Norman has a strong understanding of governance, risk management, commercial, estimating and building client engagement to win key infrastructure projects. Norman currently heads up the Group Precontracts Role across all business streams within John Holland managing Precontracts from an enterprise perspective.
