Ntale Nish

My journey to going down the career path I have has been special, with me gaining an interest in caring and teaching myself to code over the summer of 2017. To then joining the Software Engineering Degree Apprenticeship at Accenture in 2018, and gaining a passion the growth of my teams and achieving the business goals we set. I am a self-motivated Software and Business Associate at Accenture; gaining experience various large change and transformation projects, as well as end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). All the while gaining important teamwork experience in projects partaking in agile and waterfall methodologies. Coming to 4 years of consulting experience. I'm comfortable in taking initiative/ being in a team setting and having a level of responsibility and ownership. I have experience being in teams of different sizes and different goals. I am an individual keen on pushing myself career wise and I have always been willing to put myself in new and uncomfortable positions to learn and make an impact wherever I am. Whilst at Accenture I have gained a plethora of skills that helped me far beyond my work settings such as organisation and I am always looking for ways to transfer skills I learn into excelling as an individual. I have a keen interest in project management and always aim to use my past experience and knowledge in roles such as PMO to help me excel. Having process mapping skills and experience of the full software development lifecycle, I am excited to join an ambitious project where I can take on new challenges and grow.
