Nubia Lopez

I have more than 15 years of professional experience in the administration and management fields, and ten years of experience in Human Resources. My career began with an entry level position and evolved into leadership and supervisory roles. In my most current role I directed the administrative functions of the organization and ran an HR Department of ONE; I covered everything from recruiting to open enrollment. During my tenure I was most proud our low-turnover rate, 90% of staff had been employed for at least 3 years and 83% for 5 years. In all of the positions I have held I often wore many hats, happy to offer my support where I'm mostly needed. I can provide the best customer service experience to our customers, run operations, handle facilities and plan events. I have excellent interpersonal skills, as I’m a people person, with a terrible habit of smiling. I thrive in fast pace environments and I am not afraid of change. I am resourceful, a problem solver and have a hands-on approach.Lastly, I am a relentless optimistic and it is important to me that my work has a positive effect on the public and well-being of individuals and families. I love spending time with my family and helping others in my community.
