• Supervise the operation of QA & QC team consist of 11 staffs • Drive continuous improvement of the QMS for 3 companies under the Sunrich Integrated Subsidiaries (Sun Rubber Industry Sdn Bhd, Sun Tyre Industries Sdn Bhd and Gulf Rubber (M) Sdn Bhd) • Managing the yearly internal quality audit • Involve in internal audit, supplier audit, customer audit and certification body audit • Verify and approve daily testing data and report the abnormalities and follow up on the improvement actions • Coordinate and cultivate positive work attitude in the QA department (5S Good Housekeeping, Safety & Health Practices, Good Laboratory Practices) • Attended various training on the QMS including ISO 9001:2015 and TS16949 • Familiar and have knowledge in TS16949 through experience on training and hands on job opportunity with Saiko Rubber (M) Sdn Bhd • Successfully prepared and certified 3 companies with ISO 9001:2015 certification with SIRIM • Involve in discussion with all Malaysia Rubber Retreaders for amendment of Malaysian Standards used in Rubber Retread Industry • Successfully implemented the paperless format for test data recording
