I have found my passion for training when I first joined the SE world - definitely shine the brightest whenever I get to conduct trainings! I've always had fun interacting with participants, sharing new knowledge with them and that is when my playful personality comes to life. As a trainer and mentor, I have reached a wide range of participants in the marginalized community, youths, single mothers and people with disabilities with topics from financial literacy to business and entrepreneurial skills. My accomplishments are seeing the lives of participants being elevated, allowing them better access to necessities. It was a huge privilege to be part of the transformative journey of the life of the participants. My biggest achievement so far was back in 2020, where my team and I had worked very closely with several villages in the rural parts of Sarawak - introducing entrepreneurial and business skills to the villagers consisting of majority B40 families and building the capacity of these villagers to then become leaders in their communities.
