 Ensuring adherence to quality standards, maintaining all related documents as well as practicing standards with key emphasis on improvement opportunities  Identifying areas of quality failures & taking steps to rectify the system wide preventive and corrective actions to avoid the reoccurrences. Preparing Quality related documents like PQP, MS, ITR, and RFI. Close out process of the project.  Performing Internal, Subcontractor, Supplier Audits.  Supervising project related tasks involving troubleshooting, material planning & vendor development to achieve planned periodic schedules and process control  Ensuring all Inspections are done as per Inspection and Test Plan / Contract and all Hold and Witness Points are adhered to the Client is given sufficient notice for Inspection  Developing and implementing policies, guidelines and procedures to establish/maintain high quality standards in compliance with statutory norms.  Closely monitor concrete pours and check continuously concrete materials delivered to site, ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, and ensure all concrete tests are carried out as per project specification.  Judging the conformity of the components/activities to the establish standards/requirements and taking suitable corrective action when deviations are found.  Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilisation to maximise output.  Overseeing the preparation of monthly progress reports entailing progress & details for engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
