I have developed a strong and extensive career in all aspects of Customer Service focusing on the Finance Industry, Travel Industry, Market Research and more recently Administration in the Mortgage industry.I am currently working with Pledge Finance, assisting clients over the phone and face to face with their Mortgage Applications and liaising with Mortgage company Representatives to ensure applicants meet their criteria for Lending, ensuring all relevant information is included prior to submission and approval. In this position, I was also responsible for training and mentoring new staff to the area in all aspects of company policy and procedures.
