Nylsa Shivers

With a diverse background in sales and business development, Nylsa Shivers brings her proven track record of building key relationships, stellar communication, management, and training to help her clients buy and sell real estate. As a Texas native, originally from San Antonio, she moved to Plano in 2003 and still calls Plano home today. Nylsa, along with her husband, Clayton, have a passion for world travel. They love to immerse themselves into new cultures and experience the way of life of the people in the places they go…especially the food! Nylsa and Clayton have five children and a family dog named Biscuit. Biscuit is an English Cream Golden Retriever and always manages to find a dose of fun to have with the family. Nylsa is very involved and invested in her community. She enjoys participating in Bible Study Fellowship (BSF), volunteering for Awanas and supporting families and children in the foster care system. Nylsa recognizes the value and trust that her clients place in her, and she strives each day to exceed their expectations. As a wife and mom to five, Nylsa understands the demands of family life and knows how important the home is to the whole family. She is passionate about helping her clients find the perfect property for their families to thrive.
