I have worked in various fields of the real estate industry, my specialization being residential home sales transactions in the Broward County, Florida marketplace. I have over 15 years of combined experience as a mortgage banker, new homes sales consultant for a national developer and now general residential property sales agent. This professional development provides me with the skillset necessary to navigate through the Broward County real estate market with competence and confidence. I represent buyers and sellers at a higher capacity than most other realtors in their efforts to market / sell / acquire / negotiate real property. Each customer's positioning in the market is unique and it takes a thorough understanding of local and national market trends, finance, and title structuring options to properly service South Florida's real estate clientele. I love being fully immersed in this wonderful profession and truth be told I cannot imagine ever wanting to pursue any other business ventures.
