Contributing to a positive change is what motivates me the most. I consistently and successfully managed projects and processes across most of the HR functions. I leave every job better than I found it. I constantly improved processes by assessing needs and developing programs, including leadership skills development, onboarding, training programs and policies. I wrote guidelines and work instructions, I designed communication strategies. As an HR consultant, I advised, trained and engaged managers in activities that increased the cohesion of the group and the sense of belonging. What defines me as a unique professional is my set of strengths doubled by the values that guides me.
