Agile-minded engineer, Master in Computer Science, with a proven career of ~15 years of experience leading and serving teams while implementing programs and projects from business development in UN Guatemala in the early 2000s to IT infrastructure, migration, mergers, Cybersecurity, and software development for Nokia, Microsoft, Tieto, KONE and lately to present day for MetsoOutotec. I have coached small and large scale from 1 - 15 Agile teams across the globe with 300+ Stakeholders in different IT and business organizations as well as in other technology stacks; different time zones and languages.
