Mrs. Sanchoyerto also has knowledge of local agencies’ operating practices thus creating a more efficient development process. She has assisted in managing daily operations on all types of projects from private land developments to publicly bid contracts to municipal improvements. Mrs. Sanchoyerto has participated as an integral part of completing land development and roadway projects; including water distribution systems, sanitary sewer collection and disposal systems, lift stations paving, grading, and drainage systems, including permitting, construction administration & oversight, and project close-out. In addition, Mrs. Sanchoyerto is well versed in management software such as Microsoft Office, Procore, Textura, Sage Construction, QuickBooks, & Heavy Job.
