PROFESSIONAL TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER Responsible for leading cross-functional, high performance, project teams, in the planning, development and implementation of complex requirements, to execute AT&T’s products and services. Integrate plans of individual organizations into a comprehensive project timeline and manage to project completion. Provide problem resolution through analysis, non-traditional thinking, and jeopardy/issues management. Provide executive level status reports to senior leadership. Conduct regular synch-up calls to ensure stakeholders are kept abreast of project status. Manage business case activity in support of the client sponsor. Identify and adhere to measurable process metrics, to ensure project objectives are met. Coordinate, administer and monitor customer trial activities. Ensure that all targets are met on-time, with operational excellence and quality. Execute transition agreement with the client sponsor.
