I'm a professional, customer service oriented individual driven by the passion for delivering results in the key areas such as product quality, staff satisfaction, and finance. I always lead by example in service delivery, communication and building relationships within the team. Managed to prove that I can transfer this passion to my team, so they could likewise deliver the highest level of service required. I am certified in Food Science and Engineering (Engineering option). Computer literate, with basic knowledge on how food machines and equipment are operated and maintained, QA/QC obligations, production and processing of some food products. I’m an individual who is interested in continuous professional and technology development. I’m certified in HSE supervision and QA/C courses. Currently, I'm a certified Restaurant manager with vast experience in excellent customers service, sales mix, training and development of team members, forecasting of budget, Ordering of stock, strategic plan to meet and surpass budget, sales profit/loss presentation e.t.c I'm as well pro-active, troble-shooting and proffering solution to problems.. I would love to work in healthy environment that will appreciate my skills and provides avenue for growth.
