I have been working in the creative industry for more than 16 years. Starting from working as a graphic designer to finally becoming a creative head, I have learned many things and have experiences that I think are very meaningful and valuable. During that period of time, I believe that in addition to the experience I have gained, my skills and knowledge have also developed apart from being technical. I learned how to deal with printing production, auto-switched thinking systems that related to speed (fast paced design service), design time management, leading a creative team, creating timeline and monthly report, holding responsibility to the project assigned to me and my team and self discipline. Those are really valuable not only to the company I work for, but also to myself. Being such as a Strategic-focused, Dependable, Self-motivated, Trustworthy, Loyal, Energetic, Multi-tasking, Flexible and Commercial-aware kind of person. Moreover, having a sense of belonging to the company and an auto-switched thinking system that I will contribute to the company, I believe that I have the added value needed by the company in achieving its goals and help the company to grow, develop and be more successful in the future.
