From my work in Hotel Management and in Humanitarian Organizations such as International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies and in German Red Cross have sharpened my organizational skills, attention to detail and my ability to work with speed and accuracy. However being a volunteer since 7 years from now with the Lebanese Red Cross and serving Humanity is always beyond limits. I believe in working within the seven fundamental principles of the Red Cross/Red Crescent Movement, I have strong communication, customer service, and administrative skills such as time management, archiving, keeping confidential records, reporting, monitoring budgets, ability to work in different environments with different nationalities, ability to work under pressure, assist in organizing and attending meetings and workshops, highly reliable and especially in field trips in and outside the country... Missions: •Facilitator in a Team Building, Topic was about the importance of Communication between the Team, and attending a Regional Office Meeting for German Red Cross in Morocco / 16-20 April 2013 •Facilitator in a team Building, Topic was about Security, and attending a Regional Office Meeting for German Red Cross in Berlin- Germany / 27-30 August 2013 •Represent the Lebanese Red Cross in attending a congress about Voluntarism in Red Cross/Red Crescent Societies in conflict regions in Kassel-Germany / 8-10 November 2013.
