I possess extensive understanding of credit administration spanning personal, business and housing loans. I have over 11 years cognates experience within the core of credit risk functions, as it concerns proper loan origination, portfolio management, loan restructuring and refinancing, collections and recoveries, as well as, formulation of credit procedures and policies. Strong analytical acumen including spooling and working with articulated data to inform credit decisions. In the last 10 years, across eastern and western Africa, I have helped over 8,000 MSMEs to access to varying forms of loan products to scale their businesses. I helped to pioneer five bank branches, two bespoke credit products and co-wrote two loan procedures. I also helped to set up the Collections & Recovery and Housing Loan units of AB Bank Rwanda and AB Microfinance Bank Nigeria respectively. I am confident, driven and exited about the qualities I bring into any progressive team.
