🚌 One day, on the bus, on my way to work... I felt lost: Why I do what I do? Who am I giving my life to? This dedication, who benefits? I came to the agency and resigned. Without knowing it, at that moment, I began to lead my life. 💥 👋 Goodbye to security. 👋 Hello uncertainty and emptiness. 😰 That day more than 6 years ago. Years of comings and goings with many learnings along the way, fears overcome and sustained hugs that have led me to: ✴️ Learn that having a PURPOSE GREATER THAN YOU is the best motivation to continue, as well as the great strength to overcome your own fears. (Humility at the service of the common good) ✴️ I have discovered that SELF-KNOWLEDGE is the basis for building a life according to my values ​​from my authenticity and that it is my RESPONSIBILITY to lead it. ✴️ I have understood that we cannot do it alone, and that it is by ACCOMPANYING (us) where we can extract the best from each one of us. ✴️ I have verified that it is when TRACING A PLAN and where ideas land. At this moment, I work independently, collaborating and promoting different projects from a beautiful town, La Cabrera, Sigüenza: ⚜ I accompany people to redefine a new career path to put their experience and talent at the service of others. >> Awakened people who want to lead and write their own lives, design their future for a better society. ⚜ Also to project leaders in the development of their leadership to improve the management of their project and find collaborators with a common purpose. (Local entrepreneurs, impact leaders...) I love interacting with like-minded people, sharing experiences and connecting people. I work on my full development (personal, work and social) from self-knowledge and purpose, prioritizing my self-care and continuous learning in order to deliver greater value to others.
