Have and have had organizational and managerial responsibility for several Controllers, accounting personnel as well as more IT related personnel and Retail site auditors. Both local but also virtual leader with employees in both Norway and UK Management: Several years as vice director of the Board in our prior subsidiaries “Metax” and “Shell Service” have helped me to focus on the high level aspects and make decisions without having all detailed aspects Change management has been a part of this job all 15 years. Lately by being one of the Main Marketing contact to the Shell Deal team and the European Antitrust committee during the divestment of the Danish Shell Marketing business to Couche-Tard.
