Oleg has over 35 years of combined mechanical engineering experience in Power, Mining and Oil & Gas industries, including 18 years in Hydro-power with practical experience in design, construction and commissioning of mechanical equipment for hydro-power stations and dams. He has a solid background in the construction of large scale hydro-power projects, including daily supervision of contractor's activities on site, review and approval of contractor’s and equipment supplier’s submissions, coordinating testing and commissioning, acting as Owner Engineer or representing Designer. In addition, he has extensive experience in design and fabrication of small Pelton, Francis and Turgo hydro turbines, and also strong fabrication and machine shop experience with practical knowledge of machining and welding processes and practices.Oleg is registered with EGBC as P.Eng.
