In my current role, I am a part of PMO (Project Management Office) and Continuous Improvement team in AECOM's Global Business Services. In the last year I have been a part of the core team delivering finance transformation initiative for Order to Cash. We re-designed some of the core services, delivered RPA automations, standardized and streamlined processes and engaged with Change Management team to ensure the transitions were delivered to the business as smoothly as possible. The prior major project I was involved in was the transition of some of the core business services from onshore locations into a captive centre in Manila. As a transition project manager, I worked closely with Order to Cash, MarComms, Administration, Health and Safety and Quality teams to ensure each transition was completed to a high standard and in line with AECOM's transition methodology.
