I'm a Sales- and Business Development professional with 8 years experience in the industry. My expertise has been linked to Finance and Insurance Companies as well as an internet Startup. My strengths are planning to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies in union with a strong hands-on mentality. The experience of having lived in two different countries and worked with international clients helped me to understand different cultures and backgrounds through my professional experience. I have always empathised with clients and partners from all over the world and made sure their expectations were met. In 2019 I decided to start my own business SalonFlex, a B2B online marketplace for the temporary placement of free work spaces in the beauty and wellness industry.Before starting Salonflex I've managed a sales area for a successful internet marketplace Startup by on-site acquiring of new cooperation partners from the health- and beauty industry by developing and perfecting sales promotion strategies, independent analysis and evaluation of the business processes and needs of the respective customers as well as conducting price and contract negotiations to the final realization of our company sales goals. I'm a very open and creative person who is always looking for new challenges. I'm fluent in German, Russian and English.
