I'm, confident, articulate and professional speaking ability demonstrated through my election as Project Manager in the PPIA NSW community. Where I maintain positive relationships with students and committees. I demonstrated empowering and open-minded leadership as a Project Manager in PPIA NSW, which I handle the annual NSW CUP 2018 event. Where this year we had an increase of 200% participants. I learned how to manage the roles of each members according to their strengths and helping them through their weaknesses.Having an attitude for creative problem solving demonstrated through the EWB Challenge, where my team are required to analyse and design a solution for a humanitarian engineering case study. Solving Social and technical problems, in preparing and on the day of the event as a Project Manager. I displayed effective prioritisation and time management skills in my role as sales associate and as project manager. I made time plans on meetings and task for the committees to ensure in the process. I developed using technical software to analyse and formulate data. By taking programming as my electives, I learned how to be precise with my codes and became more detailed in all the works that I’ve done.
