Oliver Moorcroft

Oliver is Harris Tate's leader for all civil litigation, relationship property, disputes, and employment disputes. With experience in all areas of disputes resolution (alternate or the traditional court system), primarily in construction, relationship property, personal insolvency and employment matters, Oliver knows how to solve difficult problems and achieve the results his clients are after. Oliver has an ability to focus on the client’s problem, and solution, not the dispute itself and will do everything to solve each individual client case in order to achieve practical commercial outcomes. He has appeared as counsel in most jurisdictions, including the High Court of NZ, District Courts and Tribunals such as, the Employment Relations Authority, Weathertight Homes Tribunal and the Maori Land Court.
