I have a clear, analytical mind with a practical approach to problem-solving and a drive to see things through to completion. With more than 15 years of experience in managing and leading teams in finance/controlling and other administrational departments. In my current position I was responsible for the setup and further development of an inhouse finance & controlling, HR and administration department. Through the years I managed a significant structural and operational growth of almost tripled revenues and profits within a short time. I led the operational setup and integration of more than 10 branches at Infront Germany incl. the recruiting of appropriate staff. Sparring partner to BD I accompany M&A activities in Germany with the preparation of various business models and recommendations to the management and boards.
