I am a solicitor specialising in employment law. For many years I have been recognised by the leading guides to the legal profession (the Chambers Guide, the Legal 500 and the Directory of Legal Experts) as one of the leading employment lawyers in the East of England. In August 2010 I established my own practice to enable me to escape the bureaucracy of a larger firm and get back to doing what I do best, providing top-class legal advice to HR professionals and helping them to deliver pragmatic commercial solutions to the problems they face. Specialties: All areas of employment law advice with a particular emphasis on strategic advice to clients in the tech sector. I have wide experience of large scale re-organisations and post-merger integration. In addition I have spent many years advising clients in an environment where they employ highly skilled workers which means I am extremely well versed in the isses such employees can throw up and how to deal with them.
