Finance and Banking Solicitor, trained at a leading national law firm, with over a decade of experience gained both in private practice (litigation) and in-house with some of the jurisdiction's largest lender institutions.I am currently engaged in advising national finance providers on account rehabilitation opportunities and the toward litigation success. With a passion for involved litigation and contentious matters, I deal with an interesting case load in the Secured Finance arena with particular familiarity of; Repossessions, Insolvency and Money Judgments. I practice in a strong Asset Finance Department and have a knowledge of Recovery of Goods, Conversion Claims, Guarantors, Innocent Purchasers, Complicated and / or Defended Claims, Charities, Enforcement options, International Proceedings, the Financial Ombudsman and the recovery of secured stocks and shares. The foundations of my litigation knowledge were laid in the Mortgage and Property spheres, acting for National Banks and Buildings societies.With in-house experience I have a particularly keen focus on the viability of claims and tailor advice accordingly. I constantly seek pragmatic solutions for my clientele and deliver a cost efficient service.Outside of work I am keen sports person and charity event organizer / fund raiser with a particular emphasis on high adrenalin pursuits and endurance challenges.
