Olivia Chauncey

I earned a Bachelors of Science degree from the Purdue School of Engineering and Technology majoring in Organizational Leadership with a minor in Business from the Kelley School. I believe I have the experience and the knowledge to drive any organization to success. Personal/Professional Mission: I will continue to put forth hard work in all things I do. Specifically, I will continue to hold relationships most important and form meaningful relationships with all employees in my organization. I want my employees to trust me and allow for me to be their advocates in and out of the organization. I also want to be an advocate of change and create a vision to implement within the organization. Leadership Vision: Today’s world involves constant change and adaptation. Leader’s must pay attention to the change and adaptation in order to stay effective and competent. Effective leadership requires values that focus on collaboration, conflict management, and persuasion. With a good foundation of relationship management and emotional intelligence, my leadership philosophy is a creative connection of leading by persuasion, collaboration, and conflict management.
